Single Selection is a feature where the system automatically applies the same variant choice across all units in a "Quantity Break" deal for a single product. Since Quantity Breaks involve multiple quantities of the same product, this function ensures that customers only need to select the variant once, and that selection is applied to all items in the deal. This simplifies the process, making it easier for customers to purchase multiple units with consistent options in one step.
This feature is also relevant to Bundle as Product deals
Go to the Scenarios section in your dashboard and click on “Edit” under the “Quantity Breaks” scenario.
Click on the QB that contains the product you want to enable "Single-Selection". Then click on "Product options".
Enable "Group option selection" and then choose the variant that you want to apply Single-Selection to.
Step 4. Save changes
Close the "Product Options" and go to "Discount rules". Click on "Save".
Single Selection in Quantity Breaks simplifies the purchasing process by allowing one variant choice to apply to all units in a bulk order. This not only streamlines the customer experience but also encourages larger purchases. Additionally, it works well with Bundle as Product deals, ensuring a seamless selection process for bundled items. By optimizing this feature, stores can enhance efficiency and improve overall customer satisfaction.
