The Notifications Overview feature in the Subscriptions app allows you to manage and customize the email notifications sent to your shoppers regarding their subscriptions. You can personalize emails for order confirmations, subscription management reminders, and subscription cancellations. Additionally, you have control over whether these emails are sent and the sender's email address, which can be the default email or a custom one.
Click on "Settings" in the sidebar menu and select "Subscription Notifications" to view all available email options.
Order Confirmation Email: Click on the "Edit Notification Template" to modify the content, including the subject line and email body. You can use dynamic variables to personalize the message further.
Cancellation Email: Edit the email sent to customers when their subscription is canceled, ensuring it reflects your brand’s tone and provides essential information.
Use the toggle switches to choose whether to send each type of email notification and decide whether the emails should be sent from the default email address or a custom email address.
The Notifications Overview feature gives you complete control over how and when subscription-related emails are sent to your customers. By customizing templates and selecting sender preferences, you can ensure that all communication aligns with your brand and keeps customers informed.
